Moving Toronto And Movingg.ca operates as a referral service that partners with top moving companies to handle your move. We are not a motor carrier, freight forwarder, or physical moving company, and we do not perform moving services or handle customer property.
All moving services, estimates, contracts, and insurance coverages are executed directly between the consumer and the independent moving carrier selected. Moving Toronto And Movingg.ca assumes no liability for the acts, errors, omissions, property damage, or service performance of any third-party moving provider.
2. Nature of the Platform
When you submit a quote request or sign up through our website, we collect your contact and move details and share them with vetted independent moving carriers in our network. We do not set prices, sign contracts, or provide moving labour, trucks, or equipment ourselves. Each carrier is an independent business responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing, and service delivery.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or using any form on this site. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms, estimates, and insurance options presented by any independent carrier you choose to hire.
4. No Guarantee of Service
We aim to connect every inquiry with a suitable carrier, but we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or performance. Quotes, scheduling, and final terms are agreed between you and the selected carrier only.
