- How do I book the elevator for a Toronto condo move?
- Contact your property manager or concierge two to four weeks ahead. Most buildings offer three or four hour windows, charge a $100 to $300 refundable deposit and require a certificate of insurance from your mover before they confirm the booking.
- How long does a condo move take?
- A studio or one bedroom is usually three to five hours door to door, and a two bedroom five to eight hours. Elevator distance, dock queues and the walk from the truck to the service elevator are what move that number, not the number of boxes.
- Do you provide the certificate of insurance?
- Yes. We send the COI naming your building and property manager as additional insured, usually within a business day of booking.
- Which Toronto condo neighbourhoods do you serve?
