- Office and corporate relocations are quoted per project rather than hourly, because pricing depends on workstation count, IT scope, floor access, elevator and dock windows and how much has to happen outside business hours. Call or email us with your floor plan and headcount and we return a written scope and price.
- Can you move us outside business hours?
- Yes. Most Toronto office relocations we run happen on Friday evenings and weekends so staff log in Monday morning at a working desk. Larger headquarters moves are phased floor by floor over consecutive weekends.
- Do you handle IT equipment and servers?
- We decommission, label, transport and reinstall workstations, monitors, docks, network gear and rack equipment, and we coordinate directly with your IT team or managed service provider on shutdown and power-up sequencing.
- Will you deal with building management?
- Yes. We file the certificate of insurance with both buildings, book freight elevators and loading docks, and provide protection plans for lobbies, floors and elevator cabs.
- Do you relocate employees as well as the office?
- We handle household moves for relocating staff and new hires under the same corporate account, with consolidated invoicing to your finance team.
